As part of our bathroom planning process, we undertake several steps to ensure we get it right.
Step 1.
Initial Enquiry / Consultation
The first initial step in our bathroom planning consists of a site visit with a member of our design team to discuss your requirements, including specific needs and project budget. Alternatively, why not visit our showroom based in Alvaston, home to a variety of full room-set displays, exclusive designer collections and the opportunity to talk to one of our experienced team.
Step 2.
Initial Design
We then draw-up initial designs for your bathroom, including quality branded products and alternatives that meet your design choice and budget. Once complete, we send the initial estimation for review alongside the products included.
Step 3.
Intermediate Design
After the initial review is complete and any questions relating to the design are answered, we can implement the relevant changes in terms of layout and design. We then forward you the intermediate design in the form of a digital floor and elevation plan featuring any discussed revisions and cost estimates.
Step 4.
Final Design & Quotation
At this stage, we review the final overall design before implementing any last changes. All the products go into your very own quotation, which outlines your products and gives you everything you need to know to compliment your estimate, vision and designs.
When everything is in place, we can create a 3D render of your new bathroom using our bathroom CAD design programme.
Step 5.
Order & Installation
Once the order is signed off, we provide the following detailed plans and supporting documentation:
- Floor and elevation design plans
- Product proposal design (a 3D summary of images, colours, moods and styles)
- Elevation design or 3D visual (as well as technical specifications if required for your installer)
Finally, we confirm an agreed-upon installation date and a timescale of the work.
